Here is my food plan for tomorrow:

Breakfast: ¼ cup of Oatmeal w/ Banana and cinnamon

(100)

Snack: ½ apple w/ teaspoon of almond butter

(70)

Lunch: 2 egg whites w/ chicken and green beans

(120)

Snack: 100g of low fat yoghurt w/ blueberries

(100)

Dinner: 70g salmon w/ peas and carrots

(170)

Snack: 1 cup of skim milk w/ berries (smoothie)

(120)

 

Total:  Calories: 680 Carbs: 86g Protein: 53g Fat: 10g Sat. Fat: 2g

It feels like so much food….. I’m really nervous to eat 680 calories tomorrow.
